Open House and Registration 2010

The dates and times for the preschool open house and registration are as follows:

Martensville Wednesday, March 10, 2010 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Warman Monday, March 22, 2010 from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Holy Cross Thursday March 18, 2010 from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Grace Wednesday March 24, 2010 from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Please note that the preschool is not a co-op. Parents are welcome but not expected to help out.

ELIGIBILITY

The preschool program is for 3- and 4-year-olds.  It is designed to help them learn and grow in a Christian-based environment. 

• Children must be 3 or 4 years of age by January 31 of the school year.
• Children must be toilet-trained.
• Parents are encouraged to have their child(ren)'s immunizations up to date.

GRACE LUTHERAN CHURCH LOCATION -- 2 days weekly
603 - 115th Street East, Saskatoon.

3–4year olds	9:15 - 11:15 AM -- Tuesday, Thursday
NOTE:  If registration demands, a morning program will be added.

ST.JOHN'S LUTHERAN CHURCH LOCATION -- 3 days weekly
123 South Railway Street West, Warman.

3-year-olds --	9:15 -11:15 A.M. -- Monday, Wednesday and Friday
4-year-olds --	1:00 - 3:00 P.M. -- Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Sessions run from September to May of the school year.

All public school holidays will be observed.

Waiting lists will be maintained and if enrollment allows, more classes will be added. .............................

Parents are asked to accompany their child(ren) into and out of the school each day.

Please do not bring your child to school earlier than 10 minutes prior to class time.

Please pick your child up promptly after the sessions end.

Please do not bring your child to school with a contagious illness.

Please send with your child a small nutritious snack that can be eaten in 10 minutes. . 

Monthly fees are: 

• There is a $30.00 non-refundable membership fee per child at the time of registration.  Of this, $10.00 is dedicated for transportation/bus fees for outings.

 
• First month and last month are payable at the time of registration, and are not refundable.

• There will be a $20.00 NSF charge for any cheque returned because of insufficient funds.  Subsequent payments must be made in cash.
